Branded water bottles were okay
We got some branded water bottles for a company picnic. The design process was pretty simple, and the site was easy to navigate. Quality of the bottles themselves was alright, they feel sturdy enough for daily use. The logo print came out clear. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, around 12 days total, but it wasn't a rush order anyway. My only real gripe is that one or two of the bottles had minor scratches when they arrived. Nothing major, but still. Good value for the price though.
Reliable for custom hats
This is my third time ordering custom hats from Identity Gear. Just like before, the quality of the embroidery was consistent and the hats themselves are durable. They're always good about sending proofs quickly, which helps. Delivery took about 8 days to get to my office in Austin, which is standard for them. It's why I keep coming back; no surprises, just solid work.
Mixed bag, decent outcome
I ordered a batch of custom notebooks and branded pens for an upcoming trade show. The ordering process online was straightforward, and uploading my logo was simple. I got the digital proof for the notebooks quickly, but the pens took an extra day. Production time was as stated, about two weeks. Delivery was on schedule, arrived in 6 business days. The quality of the notebooks was excellent, paper felt good, and the logo looked sharp. However, some of the pens had slight smudges on the barrel print, maybe 3 or 4 out of 100. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the proof delay. Overall, it was a good experience, but those few pen smudges were a minor disappointment.
